The Singapore Slingers regret to inform our loyal fans that the game against the Formosa Dreamers on March 1, Sunday, at OCBC Arena will be rescheduled to a latter playdate.
Taiwan’s Centers for Disease Control has strongly suggested that their residents avoid traveling to Singapore along with any other countries with confirmed cases of COVID-19. Pushing through with the March 1 game may result to 14-day quarantine for the entire Formosa squad upon their arrival to Taiwan.
Having in mind the safety of the public and in aid of the concerted effort by the international community in combating the spread of COVID-19, the management of the Singapore Slingers has heeded the request of the Formosa Dreamers to move the game to a different date.
