Singapore Slingers retain the Straits Cup series with a heart stopping 90-89 double OT thriller against the Malaysia Dragons at OCBC Arena.
Led by a monster game by import Xavier Alexander who pumped in 32pts and grabbed 8 rebounds, 8 assists & 7 steals to finish as the player of the game.
Alexander was well supported by locals Ng Han Bin 14pts, 5rebs & Delvin Goh who finished with 12pts, 8rebs and 2 assists.
The win is the Slingers 4th in their last 5 games and sets up a blockbuster game next Sunday against the in form Alab Pilipinas at OCBC Arena.
