Singapore – Tickets for the Jobstreet.com Singapore Slingers 2014 AirAsia ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) season went on sale today through SportsHub Tix.
The Slingers will play ten (10) regular season home games at the new OCBC Arena at the Singapore SportsHub starting Sunday, 20th July until Wednesday, 1st October. The new 3,000 seat OCBC Arena ensures every seat in the house is close to the action.
The JobStreet.com Singapore Slingers, Singapore’s first and only professional basketball team, is bannered by former NBA player Hassan Adams who has played 70 games with the New Jersey Nets & Toronto Raptors. Along with the signing of Adams, the roster has been bolstered in the off season with the addition of former Youth Olympic Games and current Singapore National Team standouts Russel Low & Larry Liew. The team has also welcomed back fan favorite Filipino Al Vergara at the Point Guard position.
With returning players Wong Wei Long, Desmond Oh, Delvin Goh, Ng Han Bin, plus import Kyle Jeffers, the 2014 season is building up to be an exciting one.
