Singapore – The Singapore Slingers announced today that they have signed three imports – Donald Little, Louis Graham, and Don Dulay, to bolster their line-up for the 2012 AirAsia ASEAN Basketball League Season.

“We are thrilled to bring in Little, Graham, and Dulay to join the team,” stated Michael Johnson, General Manager of the Singapore Slingers. “What they bring to the team, in terms of experience and leadership, is of great value and is something that our local Singaporean players and the Singapore Basketball scene will benefit and learn from,” Johnson added.

ABL teams are allowed to field in five imports – three ASEAN imports & two Non-ASEAN imports. The Slingers are looking to add one more ASEAN import to their roster before training camp starts on 1st December 2011.

Donald Little, a 6’11” Forward/Center, played for the Cincinatti Bearcats, a US NCAA DIvision I school. Little is a veteran in international basketball, having played for teams in Turkey, Russia, Spain, Jordan, Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico, Bahrain, Dominican Republic, Korea, and most recently in the Philippines, where he suited up for the AirAsia Philippine Patriots. While playing for the Patriots, he averaged 12.3ppg, 14.0rpg, and 3.3bpg. A devastating shot blocker, Little has been invited to work out for the NBA’s Orlando Magic, Toronto Raptors, and Atlanta Hawks.

Louis Graham is a 6’9″ Forward and played for Georgia Southern, also a US NCAA Division I school. During his senior year at Georgia Southern, he averaged 16.8ppg & 6.8rpg. Graham has had stints in Israel, Portugal, and Austria. He also suited up for NBA D-League (NBDL) teams Reno Bighorns and Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

Don Dulay, known in local Philippine basketball as ‘Double D’, plays Guard and stands 5’8″. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, he moved to the Philippines to pursue his basketball career. Dulay starred for Cebuana Lhuillier and Welcoat Dragons in the Philippine Basketball League (PBL) before bringing his struts to the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), where he played for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and the Alaska Aces.

The Singapore Slingers open their season on January 15 against the Indonesia Warriors at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. The Slingers are scheduled to play 11 Home Games and 10 Road Games.
