The Singapore Slingers have announced today the signing of 2017 Import MVP Marcus Elliott for the 2019/20 ASEAN Basketball League season.
The 6’3″ guard will now join the 2019 MVP Xavier Alexander to form a formidable backcourt duo as the team gears up for their upcoming ABL campaign.
Marcus Elliott has played the last three seasons with Hong Kong Eastern while averaging 23.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 6.5 assists. Elliott is also third in the ABL All-Time Scoring List and has the second-most career triple-doubles behind Xavier Alexander.
Elliott is expected to play a vital role in the Slingers’ bid to win the title next season.
