The Singapore Slingers who lost the 2015-16 ABL Finals series in a deciding game 5 in Kuala Lumpur last year will be looking to go one step better when they face the Hong Kong Eastern Long Lions for the 2016-17 ABL Championship.
Both teams won their semi finals series in convincing fashion 2-0 with Hong Kong setting a new league record winning margin in a play-off game with a 40 point demolition of the Saigon Heat in Game 1 of their semi final series.
The Finals series will again be Best of 5 with Game 1 & Game 2 at Southorn Stadium in Hong Kong on the 15th & 18th April before moving to the OCBC Arena in Singapore for Game 3 & Game 4 on the 21st & 23rd April. If a Game 5 decider is needed again this season it will be in Hong Kong on the 26th April.
