The Singapore Slingers are the only professional basketball team in Singapore.

On October 11th 2009 the Slingers launched their campaign in the inaugural season of the ASEAN Basketball League.

In the 2009/10 season the league is comprised of competing teams from six ASEAN countries – Singapore Slingers, Brunei Barracudas, Philippine Patriots, KL Dragons (Malaysia), Satria Muda BritAma (Indonesia) and Thailand Tigers.

The Slingers are a true Singaporean team with eight (8) of Singapore’s best players complemented by carefully selected imports. At a Slingers home game, fans are provided with plenty of high flying explosive action.

The Singapore Indoor Stadium is the home of the Singapore Slingers - providing high quality professional basketball entertainment and hospitality in air-conditioned comfort.

Through affordable tickets and attractive promotions the Singapore Slingers target young Singaporean fans, families as well as expats living in Singapore.
